Aly and Will’s long-awaited Newfields wedding was finally here after being postponed from 2020 due to Covid—and it was absolutely worth the wait. The celebration began at the ultra-cool Bottleworks Hotel, where I had way too much fun photographing all the beautiful details, especially the sentimental touch of Aly’s grandmother’s wedding dress. As an Indianapolis wedding photographer, moments like these are such an honor to capture. Despite a few sprinkles, Aly and Will’s joy never wavered. We were lucky to sneak in a walk around the Newfields grounds before the rain picked up again, and they got to take in the gardens they both love so much.

When the weather moved the ceremony indoors, the Robert Indiana LOVE statue served as a perfectly iconic and meaningful backdrop. The night wrapped with a packed dance floor—and let’s just say, Aly’s grandparents stole the show with some serious moves. From start to finish, this day was full of joy, intention, and love.
