Nan & Yinghao’s Indiana State Museum Wedding | Indianapolis Wedding Photographers

I walked into the Indiana State Museum to Nan’s Blue Manolo Blahniks, you know the one’s that Carrie Bradshaw was proposed to with in Sex and the City, and knew this wedding was going to be awesome. Being a foodie and shoe fanatic, sadly with big feet, I’m not ashamed to say I took A LOT of photos of Nan’s shoes.

Nan and Yinghao were so mellow, happy, and easy to work with. They and family were very patient as assistant Molly and I were having a ball taking them around the State Museum for portraits. In addition to a plethora of Manolo photos, Nan’s dress from Marie Gabriel had this ethereal quality to it which lent to some epic veil/dress in the wind photos. Their sunset with grand entrance by Nan down the Indiana State Museums Canal steps was stunning. To top the evening off, Keith Maddox kept the music playing while Nan and Yinghao let Molly and I sneak them away for sunset and night cityscape bridal portraits. Thank you Nan and Yinghao in having me be your photographer. It was truly my honor!
